If you have trouble finding it, look inside the building (take the elevator upstairs).

oh its easy, you get the laxative from the box and then feed it to Gormungan who is by the Secret Labs :)

Go southwest to the beach. The laxative is in the building with Bingham Gadgetspring, take the elevator and the laxative is in a box upstairs.

When you pick up the laxative, you can also loot the Purchase Order Receipt, the text of which is pretty funny. :)

If you have trouble finding where to get the giant sized laxative, go where to quest "terrible tinkers of the ruined reaches" is located at. Walk down the beach a little and you will see the building where the laxative is located. :) :) I had troubles trying to find out where the laxative is located at, too. Hope this helps!

For those using coordinates the building where you take the laxative is located on 40.84

The building is located south from "The Secret Lab" on the beach, enter the building and take the elevator up to the 2nd floor. The item is in a box there. Then go to the giant and give it to him (he's located north-east from the building, between "The Secret Lab" and the tower)

Grab a giant-sized laxative from the gnomish tower in the Ruined Reaches. Try to feed the laxative to Gormungan the giant.

Description

Well, I can think of one surefire way to send a giant running to the bathroom, but you're not going to like it. What we need is a ... massive ... laxative. Oh hey! Would you believe the gnomes have something of the sort? That can't be a coincidence. I wonder what they're trying to push through over there?

Our intelligence reports that the laxative was delivered to Gadgetspring's tower, down on the shoreline south of the Secret Lab. Retrieve that laxative and feed it to Gormungan!
