Yes, the hills are called The Dagger Hills.

Cords are AROUND 46,78.

Did this quest easy with my 16 Human Priest.

The dagger hills is a perfect place for this quest. You almost get them one by one every time and theres a lot of everyone. Pretty quick respawn if you should need more. Cords are is pretty close to dagger hills.

good quest to do with thunderbrew Lager if you want to. He's up at the top of the hill, just a pain to get up there otherwise.

coords 37,75 is a good place to start.
mobs lvl 15-18

soloed Human pally pretty easily

37,75 is confirmed, and this can be easilt solo'd. I was able to complete this on my own as a LV 18 Pally. They can pulled off pretty easy, but the close mobs will all come after you. If you try to solo this quest you will be there for a while, but if you team up you will be done in 10-15 minutes.

You will also be able to get the Thniderbrew quest along the way, the quest giveer is just up the hill from where you start. You will find him by a tent and a camp fire.

If you can use 1h maces, select the people's fist and KEEP IT for training purposes.
I'm level 50 and looking back at my weapon skills and realizing I have a good bit of catching up to do. I just now started looking at weapon speeds to try to level my skills fast and realized I passed up on this awesome weapon! If you get this, KEEP IT for training purposes.

Solo'd on a 14 mage.
5 in imp frost, only died twice. Possible, yet slightly annoying when you miss over 9000 spells in a row.

The People's Militia

This quest was marked obsolete by Blizzard and cannot be obtained or completed.

Gryan Stoutmantle wants you to kill 15 Defias Highwaymen, 5 Defias Pathstalkers and 5 Defias Knuckledusters then return to him on Sentinel Hill.

Description

Some Defias have eluded us. My most trusted scout reports that these Defias have been looting and pillaging the countryside, all the way into Southern Westfall. We believe they are hiding out in the Dagger Hills, plotting their next move. Slay the wretches in the name of The People's Militia.
