This is the neutral version of the Dalaran teleport quest. Both factions can accept it.

If you want quick access to Dalaran after taking the boat to Northrend -simply don't complete the quest and accept it each time you wish to get to Dalaran, then abandon it when you get there. You save 2g for the flight path and not to mention you get to Dalaran instantly!

They may fix this eventually, like they did with the teleportation to Theramore long ago by adding a level cap -they may add the cap to make it unusable once you get to 80 or higher... so use this method while it's available to save time!

Description

Hello, <name>. You may or may not be aware that we Kirin Tor moved our city here to Northrend.

No longer does Dalaran sit under its protective dome on the shores of Lordamere Lake. Now the city magically floats above the Crystalsong Forest.

We believe you to be ready for your journey to the city. Speak with me again and I will cast a spell of teleportation to transport you there.

When you arrive, seek out Archmage Celindra and give her my signet as proof that we spoke.
