I couldn't get any quests at Light's Trust at 73. Must be 74.

I'm lvl 80 and revered with AC, but she still won't talk to me. This either isn't available to the horde anymore (it was on beta, I did it there) or there's some other pre-req that's not listed here.

EDIT: Figured it out. The guy she leads you to has a quest for you to do, but this is NOT a requirement to get that quest. If you go to Crusader Valus and do his quest first, then this quest won't be available to you.

Like all "feeder" quests in WotLK (i.e. those that are simply "Go to X and speak to Y"), if you speak to the objective of the quest prior to meeting the "feeder", the quest becomes unavailable to you. Similarly if there mulitple feeder quests for a given objective, like delivering the Blight to Venomspite, then speaking to "feeder" A removes the quest from "feeder" B.

Blizzard wrote these breadcrumb quests don't count toward the zone achievement, that is plainly wrong. This quest definitely updates the "Might of Dragonblight" counter.

I did the next quest in the chain and never hit this one up, and my meter went up by 1... so false in at least this case.

I did the followup The Cleansing Of Jintha'kalar without doing this quest, and my meter went up by 1. So Korial's comment is false for at least this case.
