The coords are correct, however you have to be spot on. Use the Triangulation device, it will put up what looks like the hunters mark, stand in the mark and you should see a complete message, then run back to Wind Trader Tulaman who is at the end of the bridge to turn it in.

If you're like me and don't use addons, you can find the triangulation point to the east of the bottom of Manaforge Ara. It's up on a small cliff with a camp of Sunfury mobs.

Note that when you actually activate the device, it points you at the triangulation point - if you don't deviate from that course, you will run right over the top of it (kind of like arcane missiles...).

If u have coords and u go up to 28,41 there is a big ramp. use the device once u get up to the top turn left and u will see the arrow.

if u get confused like me, u go past bridge then up the path way to the top of the hill and the arrow should be right behind a hut at the top to your left.

with no coords add-on its:

1) bridge
2) road= up the hill
3) big pink plasma tube
4) blue tent
5) at the back off the blue tent at the end off the wooded ramp ( not the chariot-red gem pillar side)

6) you see two montains bumps its there .

its like when your facing the entrance of the bleu tent a) 4 step left b) 7step forward

Don't do like me, and wind up standing right on top of the spot, then using the Triangulation device. It will put up the arrow, but never complete the quest. Stand about 10 yards away, use it, then walk toward the arrow and it will complete.

This was making me almost pound my head on my keyboard. :(

I believe I found the solution to the problem that has made this quest so difficult. The target is at 29,41, but don't stand too close to the target spot when you activate the triangulation device. Stand a few paces away. For example, I stood on the next "hump" of the cliff edge, around 29,40. Then activate the device, and it orients you toward the target. Walk forward normally and you'll get it.

1. Triangulation Point Two
• Accept the quest, Triangulation Point Two, from Dealer Hazzin at coords 58.4, 31.4 (Protectorate Watch Post).
• Travel southwest to coords 28.9, 41.2.
• Use the Triangulation Device, you were provided. A red arrow will appear, walk to it, to receive credit for quest completion.
• Travel northeast, to Tuluman's Landing, at coords 34.6, 37.8.
• Turn in the quest to Wind Trader Tuluman.

As of 8.0 the arrow marker doesn't seem to appear anymore, but it looks like your body turns in the direction you have to go when activating the item.

Triangulation Point Two

Use the Triangulation Device to point your way toward the second triangulation point. Once you have found it, report the location to Wind Trader Tuluman at Tuluman's Landing, just on the other side of the bridge from the Manaforge Ara island in the Netherstorm.

Description

I've recalibrated the triangulation device with the information that you provided from the first point. You'll use it in exactly the same manner to discover the second.

All that I can tell you is that the second point is somewhere far to the west.

Once you've located it, speak with Wind Trader Tuluman; another of the nexus-prince's agents. He's posing as a weapon merchant at a small trading post next to the bridge, which leads to the island that Manaforge Ara is on.
