Unearthly Chime: Adds 10% run speed outdoors. Confirmed increase from 100% to 110% run speed on my short-legged gnome mage.
Kyrian Bell: Adds a small HoT. Was giving me 735 hp every 15s for the heal, a decent downtime tick but I wouldn't rely on it to save my bacon.
Benevolent Gong: Adds 100 armor. Brough my clothy damage reduction up about 3%, from 11.50% to 14.53%.
Ascended Flute: Adds primary stat. Unsure of exact formula. Gave me 84 Intellect on 1445 base, a 5.8% increase.
Heavenly Drum: Adds 15% mount speed, but the guild perk Mount Up doesn't stack with anything, so I went from 210% (14.70 y/s) to 215% (15.05 y/s) or roughly 60 feet / 20 meters further per minute.

I confess I'm not expert on speed caps and all the speed things that stack or not. YMMV, pun intended. Also, while I was testing this the Bell ended up giving me both the HoT and run speed. I'm not sure if there is a random chance of that, or if it happened because I already had the Chime buff and it combined them.

I also have no idea whether "improving your mood" means anything. Apparently that's the "Apply Aura (2): Mod Rating (2) / Value: 4" effect, but it doesn't have any impact on visible stats.

For me personally, the Drum is a disappointment. It'd be my preference if the speed difference were more substantial. Instead I run with the Flute, which is like a free flask plus 20% though with a quarter of the duration.

Heavenly Drum only seems to work for ground mounts. With Mount Up guild perk, it increased my ground mount speed from 210 to 215. But my flying mount speed stayed at 420.
