Killed about 30 mobs looted 12 eyes. So the drop rate isn't horrible, yet. Knowing Blizzard they will nerf the loot rate though.

As a note, you become hostile to Army of the Light npcs with this buff. So if you don't want to lose the buff, be careful about visiting the camps.

Does NOT persist after logging out. So log your alts before you get the buff or you're stuck grinding for an hour.

This effect does not persist through hearthing to Broken Isles Dalaran.

you lose this buff if you
1) die
2) logout
3) if you use any kind of transportation: hs, beacon and anything else except ur feets and mount.

Also "Army of Light" hostile to you. That means you can come to their camp but everyone dont like you. Guards dont touch you (and you cant kill them too) but soon or later some kind of guardian spawn and trying to kill you. I suppose you will lose some rep if kill him. So better avoid this areas and just farm demons at any spot where they are spawn often.

62, 45 in Antoran Wastes. Farm the Felsworn Excavators and Wyrmtongue Scroungers, seems to be a fairly fast respawn rate.

This buff allows you to collect Intact Demon Eye which is used to purchase a pet / toy and some other random items.

Answer found on this blizzplanet page and text copied here:

The All-Seer’s Focus is a big eye over a green brazier which can spawn in three (4, actually - see below) random locations within the Antoran Wastes:

Ven’orn’s Lair — the spiders den, inside a small cave located at 67.34, 48.11
Defiled Path — inside the cave where you can also find Houndmaster Kerrax at 64.41, 21.03
Felfire Armory — located at 58.01, 66.96 (west of the big circle in Felfire Armory)

The All-Seer’s Focus is not consumed, stays visible after clicking it, and all players can click it as many times as needed until it despawns. It provides a 1-hour buff named AGENT OF THE ALL-SEER: Disguised as an Agent of the All-Seer. Damage taken increased by 100%. Allows collection of intact Demon Eyes.

Found another location at 58.7, 34.0 on the upper level of The Spirit Crucible on live, appears to be only a chance to spawn here, like the others.

The entrance to the room with the stairs is at 56.7, 34.1

One weird thing I discovered, it's possible to get three of these from one demon.

I dunno if they've changed the droprate or something, but I'm finding this a very slow grind. Most demons drop absolutely nothing and then suddenly one demon will drop 7 of them, but the long stretches with no drops are pretty disheartening.

Go to 53, 26 they are elite BUT you will get 1k in a little over hour. It is fast respawn :)

Adding a list of TomTom waypoints for the brazier locations from Aestua's post:

/way 67 48 Ven'orn's Lair
/way 64 21 Putrid Laboratory
/way 58 67 Felfire Armory
/way 59 34 Spirit Crucible, Upstairs
/way 57 34 Entrance

When I looked for these the first three locations were empty but the 4th had the brazier. Not sure if one is always up or if it is only up in one location.

Best place to farm is Shaper's Rise. Tons of elites with high drop rates which respawn quickly. I was able to get 750 Intact Demon Eye in one hour.
