At least two dungeons seemed to be bugged for this quest, and do not reward credit;

1. De Other Side
2. Sanguine Depths

The common link seems to be that the final boss of these dungeons doesn't actually die, but has a scripted end that triggers at a certain health %. I haven't tested many others, there may be more with issues.

EDIT: I managed to get credit on an alt for Sanguine Depths. Might have been hotfixed.

In TWW if you’ve max level, turn in the quest at Dornogal to Archivist Frithrun — even if you picked up the quest from the Adventure Guide or dungeon tab.

If you’re lower level and doing Chromie-timewalking and picked up the quest from the Adventurer Guide, or dungeon tab, turn in the quest at the Time-walking vendor in Oribus.
