New Rares are announced per chat message.

Blizzard LUA Errors can cause that you can't see them.

Comment by Comixfan

The fact that this and Twilght's Dawn are once per week per warband is crazy.

Comment by Ronin819

Being that this is once per account per week, do they literally expect you to farm nothing but rares for this entire event? The dailies on my alt after doing the intro quest only rewarded resonance crystals. This has to be an obvious bug right? right...

Comment by Plufproop

I keep looting and "there is no loot".

I have defeated several of the rares via groupfinder, and even been top DPS a couple of times according to the new WoW version of Details, yet still didn't get credit and am on 0/3.

Smells like bugs.

Cannot be completed in a raid group, unlike the Twilight's Dawn quest to kill rares / do WQs.

"Suggested players: 5-100"
*Cannot be completed in a raid group*

Thanks Blizzard.

I feel like Blizzard devs really don't play this game.

Comment by Skenvy

This quest and the Twilight's Dawn one are both giving 40 insignia each on alts now. Although this one can't be completed in a raid group, the other one can be completed in a raid group.

Comment by dreamgarden

This is actually for Alliance and Horde, not just Horde like the wowhead page currently indicates.

Comment by Eragena

Actually currently not doable unless you have more than ~5-7 people doing it on your server.

Can't do it in a raid, and 5 people isn't enough to kill the rare before it de-spawns. Had about 6 people trying to do a couple rares but they both despawned before we could kill it because the next one spawned.

Comment by beezus187

Probably a dumb question....But, is anyone not seeing any active rares when they come to TH? Every time I come to do this, no rares are active. Only 3 show on the map that can even be active. Am I missing something? I'm late doing this quest, its been in my log for months now. LOL I always get preoccupied doing other stuff. I have npc scan, I'm never alerted to any rares while here either. Am I the only one this is happening to?
