Sometimes the quest is not ended correctly. If you are stuck in a loop where you cannot move and are trapped by Isabelea . Just get rid of the quest and start it again. I had to do it three times

Well, full launch was 40 min ago of this post. Peacekeeper Leif is not in the building at the coordinates. Couple quests like this bugged it appears at this time.

Friend couldn't see the npcs, even with all the requirements completed.

I logged on with an alt (my main has already completed the Sojourner achievement) and we party synced and just did the chain from the beginning.
This seemed to work out for him at least.

Hopefully they fix this soon.

For some reason I had started this questline and left it before accepting Holy Fire in Rambleshire at /way 57.57 30.10 Isle of Dorne.

To do this i first went just south of dorn to find some other quests which lead me to peacekeeper leif

Although the set in your collection doesn't mention it the Gauntlets of Dimming Fluorescence has the same appearance as these gloves and complete the set. Gauntlets of Dimming Fluorescence

The NPC names and some of the dialog in this questline makes me think that Lamplighter Kaerter (Detective James Carter) and Peacekeeper Leif (Chief Inspector Lee) are references to the Rush Hour movies. One of Peacekeeper Leif's lines at the end of this quest sold it for me; when he says "I can show you my city. You can stay at my home", this sounds a lot like when Chief Inspector Lee says "We can hang in my crib. I will show you my 'hood." in Rush Hour (1998).

If, like me, you have finished the campaign and other quests that say Peacekeeper Leif should be in a certain location and he isn't there go to 55, 55 outside Dornogal city and find the quest A Sassy Arathi. It's a whole questline that leads up to this and involves Peacekeeper Leif.

I have done every single quest in the expansion, but this one still won't populate for me. I feel like the first couple of quests feel familiar and I did them, but I've since somehow lost track of it. I went to the quest giving location for every part of this questline, and nothing pops up for me. The NPCs associated with it aren't even visible. This is incredibly frustrating and driving me a little nuts. It's the last quest I need for Loremaster of Khaz Algar.

This questline begins with the "A Sassy Arathi" quest in Dornagal. This quest is the end of the chain.

I just completed this quest without slaying them.
They weren't even in the cave.
Blew up the tunnel and it completed both quests.
My BBEGs were killed off screen inside the tunnel I guess....kind of a let down of a quest really, after all that build up.

If you can't find the quest giver, remember this is the last quest of a chain, you want to start with A Sassy Arathi from Dornogal Citizen in Crossroads Plaza.

Not hating on the story, but as a repeat-quester trying to complete all the Hallowfall gear sets. (cloth, leather, mail, plate)...

I gotta say, 12 long questline for a stupid belt is super not it. Especially after finishing the main campaign. 0/10 on repeat playability.

If all you are looking for in this posting, is how to actually finish THIS particular quest in the chain, ---- AFTER getting the quest chore to kill the two NPC's ... go to the cave on the beach at 64.78, 19..95. Work your way left, past the trash. At 64,23, 20.59 in the cave, hop up to the boardwalk platform., then hop up to the edge from there. Wend your way back along the edge and keep right finding your way into the little cavelet. After a while the 2 NPCs will spawn one after the other up in there ... (if you've killed enough tunnrler trash, it would seem). Sometimes, nice folks who are killing the trash in the main cave will also kite the npcs down.; but, if you are soloing, you may have to do some of your own jumping in that cave. You'll prob have to do some jumping anyway in that cave anyway for the next (and last) quest in this storyline, so you might as well practice :-) Cheers

Did this quest today and the respawn rate was ridiculous. I was going pretty quickly round the cave but the whole cave had respawned by the time I'd killed the final two mobs and grabbed the last barrel.

Description

I saw the shipwright leave the cave and head down to the beach. She was accompanied by a formidable looking nerubian. The shipwright is the mastermind behind this entire operation. She knows precisely how the lumber is to be cut and what lumber is needed for their airships. The nerubians know this and likely assigned one of their best to protect her. If we can eliminate the shipwright, we can bring all of their carefully laid plans to ruin.
