I can only guess my option to be called "Shadowblade" is due to being a rogue? Can someone on another class confirm?

As a Death Knight I only had

Father
Mother
Commander
Guardian

I didn't have a Deathlord option like my Rogue's Shadowblade option. My Death Knight has not done much Legion content though so that could be it.

So it appears to be tied to your Legion title if you have one. I have two hunters. 1 did Legion and had Huntsmaster and the other didn't and just had Mother, Father, Commander and Guardian.

Wish they pulled some other options from the actual titles you've earned.

This feels weird to read while playing a druid. Takes you out of the immersion somewhat.

These series of quests start with Cenarius :

The Dryad Garden

You turn the quest to Ethidris Creekward then:

Pineshrew Panic

Grousing Garden

Druid-Guardian Conference

The Family Business

Melyrine Petalshade will give you:

Growth Experience

Then Dionaessa starts:

A Poisonous Promotion

What Do I Call You?

At the end Dionaessa will ask you how she can refer to you:

Father

Mother

Commander

Guardian

(Something according to your class title earned in Legion)

"Huntmaster" for being a hunter.
"Shadowblade" for being a rogue.
"Archmage" for being a mage.
etc.

Some players are experimenting (according to them) issues with last option not showing for them, even with having everything done in Legion, and they only have the 4 first options. Or Cenarius is not giving them The Dryad Garden quest, in first place, with 3/7 Guardians of the Dream campaign chapters done. I got it at 4/7.

There doesn't appear to be an option to change your choice after the fact, so be sure you like whatever you're picking.
