I finished all the other quests in the questline but this one is missing. Someone got a clue why?

if you select "something else that is valuable to me," Tyrande just says it's a wise choice.

The choices given on this quest are full of references to the original 1-10 questing experience in Teldrassil! Since they haven't been listed yet, they are:

A sachet of rare earth from Darnassus.
A carefully preserved selection of herbs, gifted by Tarindrella long ago.
A pressed moonpetal lily from Shadowglen.
A smooth stone from the road to Darnassus.
A sigil from your first trainer.
A skein of webwood spider silk from Shadowglen.
Something else that is valuable to me.

A really nice touch. Some of my night elves still have those very herbs in their bank from years ago, so I chose that offer. Tyrande gives the same response regardless of which option you choose.

Upon completion this quest rewards the Ensemble: Raiment of Amirdrassil, the silver and blue variant of the current night elf heritage set. Honestly this quest was very nostalgic and bittersweet, but I love that our nelf characters can give tribute as well. It also makes me hope for more recolors for other heritage armors! That would add even more variety to transmog possibilities.

As a side note, I'm unsure if you need to complete the original heritage questline to recieve the Amirdrassil variant. I had already completed the heritage questline on my character, so I'm unsure.

do you need to kill Fyrrak to get this? or completing the campaign questline in the emerald dream is enough?

To unlock this Ensemble, you must play at least the entire storyline campaign for the Emerald Dream. Starting with Shandris in Valdrakken (which you can skip with the quest item, if you've played it before) then go to the Emerald Dream portal and follow the quest that leads from the defence of the dream until the attack on Fyrakk's troops, infront of the raid. After finishing you finally have the quest to kill him. You don't have to kill him because Tyrande is already standing in front of the raid and gives you the quest that introduces the epilogue with ‘A Blossom Witnessed’. This then leads to the quest ‘A Personal Offering’, which gives you the ensamble for the set.

The conditions I had before completing was that I had previously completed the heritage armour questline (with a Night Elf, of course) and then the quests for the Emerald Dream.

Important: At the moment I can't say whether you can skip the campaign up to Tyrande before the raid. It might be possible after you get to the Emerald Dream, but when I was there before I had official ‘access’ to the dream there was no one there.

In case anyone else is curious or wants a refresher (or simply wants some more background information regarding the lore of these options!) here are the details regarding each tribute option:

1) A sachet of rare earth from Darnassus.

It would seem this "sachet of rare earth" is at least a reference to the "package of Rare Earth" the player must bring to Denalan in the Night Elf starting quest, Denalan's Earth.

Indeed a touching tribute, considering Denalan did not survive the burning of Teldrassil by Sylvanas in the lead-up to Battle for Azeroth.

2) A carefully preserved selection of herbs, gifted by Tarindrella long ago.

It would seem these "preserved herbs" are the three Healing Herb the player receives from the Classic WoW quest, "The Woodland Protector".

Indeed a touching tribute, considering Tarindrella did not survive the burning of Teldrassil by Sylvanas in the lead-up to Battle for Azeroth.

3) A pressed moonpetal lily from Shadowglen.

It would seem this "pressed moonpetal lily" is at least a reference to the handful of Moonpetal Lily the player must collect and bring to Dentaria Silverglade in the Night Elf starting quest, Iverron's Antidote.

Indeed a touching tribute, considering Dentaria Silverglade was one of the many casualties of the Horde vs. Alliance war in the Battle for Azeroth: she was killed by the Horde players as a result of the Mission Table mission Teldrassil Evacuation.

4) A smooth stone from the road to Darnassus.

It would seem this is a reference to the Teldrassil Storyline quest, The Road to Darnassus, given by Moon Priestess Amara.

A thoughtful tribute, considering the various deep and metaphorical meanings of such an offering -- a great many people walked this road to Darnassus, and would have walked over this stone, smoothed with time and wear. Unfortunately, it is currently unknown whether Moon Priestess Amara survived the burning of Teldrassil and the ensuing Battle for Azeroth (according to https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Moon_Priestess_Amara).

5) A sigil from your first trainer.

It would seem this "sigil" is the class-specific sigil the player must bring to their class trainer in the Night Elf starting area:

Hunters receive Etched Sigil to take to Ayanna Everstride as part of Etched Sigil

Druids receive Verdant Sigil to take to Mardant Strongoak as part of Verdant Sigil

Priests receive Hallowed Sigil to take to Shanda as part of Hallowed Sigil

Rogues receive Encrypted Sigil to take to Frahun Shadewhisper as part of Encrypted Sigil

Warriors receive Simple Sigil to take to Alyissia as part of Simple Sigil

Monks receive Calligraphed Sigil to take to Laoxi as part of Calligraphed Sigil

A heartwarming tribute, considering these quests are not in the game anymore, so it's like the sigils have one last job to do before being retired. Also, it is currently unknown whether Ayanna Everstride, Mardant Strongoak, Shanda, or Alyissia survived the burning of Teldrassil by Sylvanas in the lead-up to Battle for Azeroth, so in case they perished, it is an even nicer tribute to them (sources: https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Ayanna_Everstride, here, here, and https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Alyissia). Frahun Shadewhisper and Laoxi are reported to still be alive (sources: https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Frahun_Shadewhisper and https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Laoxi).

6) A skein of webwood spider silk from Shadowglen.

It would seem the "skein of webwood spider silk" is at least a reference to the Webwood Spider Silk the player must collect for Zenn Foulhoof as part of the Teldrassil Storyline quest, Zenn's Bidding.

I thought this was a bit of a strange choice for a tribute, considering Zenn Foulhoof was an enemy of the Night Elves. Additionally, he was killed long before the burning of Teldrassil: at some point, he was exiled from Teldrassil for "performing perverse magic", and in Cataclysm, he is seen having taken up residence in Darkshore. However, he is soon discovered to be the taint that is corrupting the wildlife in the area, and players are instructed to kill him in The Corruption's Source (source: https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Zenn_Foulhoof). I suppose this tribute is simply meant to be nostalgic. :)

For anybody, who wants to do this on a character that hasn't played Dragonflight at all, here is what you need to do. (I had to search like an idiot because there are a million ! in Valdraken when you go there fresh 70).

Also, be sure you are doing this on a Night Elf character, other races can't unlock the transmog.
