In case you wandered around Aberrus and aren't sure where to go to continue after this quest, you get the followup from a Djaradin corpse inside Aberrus' Molten Crucible, 43.35, 52.06. The quest mark doesn't show up on your map.

If you did the Badlands quests surrounding Wrathion's birth, the quest text changes to "My friend... ...you know me better than anyone. You were there when I came into being. My birth was anything but natural." then it continues on like the displayed text.

If you guys are like me and having problems to understand this part of the quest line, You need to talk to the NPC outside the raid and enter with the quest, don't go inside in a raid group. Once inside it will become clear what to do

It's in your bags. The thing (napalm) you use to destroy the tanks is in your bags.

If you're dumb like me and wandered around for the first part, dying will boot you back to the start w/a rez (no need to reenter or anything).

This quest takes place inside a specific kind of Aberrus instance. You need to access this specific Aberrus instance through either Sabellian or Wrathion whom are both located at 48 , 13. You talk to either of them, and they'll send you to the correct instance.
DO NOT FLY INTO THE ACTUAL RAID.

The first few lines of the quest description was somewhat different for me, I'm guessing it changes if you do the quests in the Badlands that involves Purified Black Dragon Egg .

As mentioned by Minideer, you will NOT go to the Aberrus Raid (via raidfinder) to complete the quests for Embers of Neltharion. You will instead, accept quests from Wrathion and Sabellion (take them all), then request of either Sabellion or Wraithion to enter the Raid for a solo run with them to complete each quest. As you complete the first two quests, a third will be picked up by a dead djaradin found near the beginning of the raid, the fourth will be awarded by Wrathion upon completion of that.

Description

Some call me a miracle, you know. Yet my birth was anything but natural. I was crafted, much as the creatures in here were crafted. Many died painful, tragic deaths so that I could live. This... callousness towards the living is something I wish to eradicate. Take this, and use it to destroy any intact specimen tanks we encounter. Nothing deserves to suffer like this.
