Something went wrong when I was in a party with this quest (both me on different accounts). Both characters were able to interact with each of the points, but the NPCs that convert into a turn-in NPCs in the last step didn't follow for my lead character, only the second one in the party. I had to leave the party, abandon the quest and re-do it to get the turn-in NPC to appear.

Drop it, and redo it, relog doesn't work if it's stuck.

I was able to complete the quest but there's no one at the ? on the map to hand it in.

My first character had no issue with the quest yesterday but today it appears not possible to turn in.

This is still broken, completed and a gold ? is on the map, but cannot turn in as noone has a gold ? at the actual lpcation - working as intended - gonna redo quest from start. I will let you know how it goes...

I present Not Al Are Lost Storyline part of Path to Enlightenment. This Story line have 7 Quests.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Enlightened Exodus	Quest chain start from Al'dalil 33 64. Speak with 4 NPC: Varoun 34 66, Avna 34 65, Elder Kreth 34 64 and Custodian Kalir 35 65.
2 Security Check	Check 4 Shield Conduit they are outside vilage next to wall you need to do them one by one: 33 64, 34 62 next to on other side 34 67 and 36 65 after last one mob will spown.
3 Traces of Tampering	Find 3 clues one by one: 32 62, 34 61 and 33 59
4a Xy Are You Doing This?	Get 10 Suspicious Papers you can fing them inside Hidden Equipment.
4b Broker Decloaker	Slay 12 Cartel Xy agents use Decloakifier to expose them or like i done just when you doing Quest 4a by opening Hidden Equipment 1 or 2 agents will attack you.
6 Following the Leader	Go back to village get inside bulding and press on console to open door and get inside.
7 Technical Difficulties	Press buttons, on first 2 buttons kill 2 waves of mobs, on 3rd button kill Xy'kaz then go outside Vault.

You don't get the ability to turn in the quest if you interact with the wombat in any Druid Form or are mounted, you will need to abandon and do the quest again.
