Seems bugged atm, the boss has an ability that makes him immune to damage, not sure what's going on with that but there are like 50 people here and nobody can figure out how to kill him.

Edit: I don't know what leads to him getting into the bugged state but the solution is to let him fully reset and not immediately pull him again, which is pretty hard to do when you got dozens of people around.

The quest mob has an invulnerability mechanic that seemed to trigger at 50%.
Be sure to save your cooldowns until after he summons.

If you somehow misplace the portal to Nazmir it is at 50.59, 44.59 in Ardenweald

If the boss is bugged, try to toggle War Mode on/off depending on what you currently have.

For me it was bugged with WM off, so I returned after toggling WM on, and it worked just fine.

If you cannot find the quest turn in inside the temple, turn up your brightness or gamma (or both!) so you can see the entrance isn’t just a dead end.

If it seems as if you can't get Zel'han's health down below 50%, it is because you're targeting the wrong thing. You DON'T have to turn on War Mode. Just target the add that he calls up instead of him (his animated bone armor).

After you kill his animated bone armor, then target the Zel'han again.

You should be able to kill him easily by yourself. No group needed.

Still bugged in 2024. After completing the other quests along side this one, I found Zel'han suspended in the air with 50% health. I had not engaged him at all before this first approach. I tried to target him for damage but everything was evaded. War mode trick works. Wildly disappointing that they haven't patched this yet as it is part of the main story line.
