Stick to the road going north - if you stray from the path, you'll run into the elites on your left. This quest opens up Mezzamere, the first town you'll visit in Nazjatar.

bugged for many. we kill 15, go back to messizine and nothing. no cutscene or anything. ended up completed when i jumped off the cliff where that benthic gear upgarded was and gliding off

After watching the Cutscene, keep an eye on Greymane. you will see that his mounted model has black/dark fur instead of his normal while fur as it rides to inside the building.

These guys had much cooler and more appropriate sounding voices in MoP. Now they have no personality at all.
