2. The Smoking Gun	Flynn Fairwind - Use extra bar action to shoot in the barrel.	Flynn Fairwind
3. The Ashvane Trading Company	Cyrus Crestfall - use ferry to get there faster.	Cagney
4a. Small Haulers	Olive - Free 6 Urchin Workers from the Ashvane Foundry located in Bridgepoint	Flynn Fairwind
4b. Labor Dispute	Cagney - You need to slay 10 of Company guards located in Bridgepoint	Cagney

If you are unable to accept the quest from the mission table, go talk to Taelia at the harbormaster's office to do the small drustvar questline.

After accepting this quest, I cannot hand it in to Taelia. She has no question mark.

As a level 60 char even after completing the prerequisite quests I was unable to accept the quest from the mission table. I only saw the quest with a "!" and I could read the quest text. Accepting the quest didn't work.

After all troubleshooting with the WoW client I finally put my level 60 char in a group with a level 50 char and started group sync so it went down to level 50 and et voilà I saw all three quests on the mission table and was able to accept them.

If you are already on another quest, one where Taelia has to be somewhere else for it, she might not even be in the office.

The question mark will appear on your minimap, but it's pulling your leg.

You have to find her and do whatever needs to be done to send her back to Cyrus's office.

Then you'll be able to start the questline.
