I tried using the totem every 25%. There was no way to save her :(

The "Caravan" is the wagon directly behind Ban Bearheart.

It bugged for me and could not jump on the caravan. No amount of re-logging or abandoning the quest would fix it.

Luckily you can just ride to the final location yourself. Much quicker than the caravan as well.

The caravan is directly behind the quest giver, Ban Bearheart. You do not need to dismount to aboard the Shado-Pan Caravan wagon. You'll travel for about 30 seconds down a trail and be dropped off in Hatred's Vice in the center of a dirt path. The caravan will disappear a few seconds.

If your caravan is bugged, you can turn in the quest while avoiding it altogether.

To turn in the quest, walk 10 yards to Ban Bearheart behind the bonfire and earn 8 gold, 24 silver. After completing the quest, Yalia Sagewhisper, Ban Bearheart, and Xiao Tu will reveal new available quests.

Easy breezy. Nothing difficult about this quest at all.

While in the caravan, Yalia Sagewhisper the priest and Ban Bearheard the shaman have a conversation about Suna, her husband Lin's recent death and how she blames Ban for it due to his caution in dealing with the Yaungol:
Y: Ban, you look worried.
B: Yes well... it's not like Suna to run off by herself.
Y: She must be torn by grief over here husband's death.
B: She blames me, you know.
Y: That may be, but it was no one's fault.
B: I should have taken the risk and sent the order to attack.
Y: You did what you thought was best. No commander has the foresight to see the future.
B: But now... she hates me.
Y: You swore the Shado-Pan blood oath together, did you not? You are bound together by powers far stronger than hatred. No, she cannot hate you. At least not forever. Hahaha!
B: I hope so, Yalia.

It wasn't mentioned so I figured I would lay out the quests in this chain.

After turning this quest in Ban Bearheart will provide you with the quests Dust to Dust and Slaying the Scavengers. In addition, Xiao Tu will provide Last Toll of the Yaungol and Yalia Sagewhisper provides Totemic Research. Upon completing all four quests, Yalia Sagewhisper will provide What Lies Beneath which she follows up with Hatred Becomes Us and Ban Bearheart provides Spiteful Spirits. Turning both of these quests in will result in Ban Bearheart providing the final quest in the chain, The Point of No Return which provides an item level 442 chest as a reward.

In Search of Suna

Speak to Ban Bearheart after arriving at Hatred's Vice.

Description

I have bad news. When I returned, Suna was already gone.

The others say that she took her things and headed down the road to the east, muttering about hunting down the source of the yaungol aggression.

I cannot allow her to venture into dangerous territory alone.

I've already prepared a group of soldiers to push further east.

We are leaving shortly. Hop on the caravan if you wish to travel with the Shado-Pan. You can also meet us there if you wish.
