you must be to the wood platform and use then will blow and you can loot the fish

You must be standing on the Hozu Wharf to use your Gut Bomb. Simply use the item, wait for the explosion, then jump into the pond to collect the fish that rise to the top.

More specifically, the Hozu Wharf being the dock when you go down to the Murky bank. I just stood at the end of it and used the bait bomb.

You can use the bomb in the water, when it explode, a lot of small fishes will appear dead floating on the water, take 5 and return it to Rivett Clutchpop, he will feed the other Monkeys.

If you are here because you cannot find Rivett Clutchpop at 28.3 , 47.8 that is because he has now moved to 27.2 50.8.
