and now to be constructive:
It is advisable to go do The Hermit of Witch Hill first, because during that chain you are sent to kill the spiders for their eyes. Also, if you are doing the shady rest quests, during the chain for the shield you're sent to gather venom sac things off the spiders in this area. 3-for-1 mob :)

Make sure you get the quests Jarl Needs Eyes and The Black Shield before you do this quest. I killed 9000 of these spiders for this and then when I got Jarl Needs Eyes I wanted to bash my head on the keyboard.

She is in a cave and the entrance is at 33.17 22.68, follow the cave left and she is right at the end.
