The All 3 rares from Dune Dominance spawn on the Mid of Endless Sands.
Will appear a mark on the map when these rares are up.
After kill the 3 rares you'll receive Arsenal: Weapons of Glorious Domination.

Iska, Outrider of Ruin spawn mounted in Rhuv, Gorger of Ruin. Can drop Iska's Mawrat Leash, Staff of Broken Coils, Rotculler's Encroaching Shears.
Reanimatrox Marzan spawn mounted in Phalangax, the Final Grasp.
High Reaver Damaris spawn mounted in Edra, the Will Grazer. Can drop High Reaver's Sickle.

Typing mar into group finder will show you groups for both Reanimatrox Marzan & High Reaver Damaris, which spawn in the same location.

Upon spawning, he immediately one-shot me with 9 hits of Volley, so I got no loot. Careful about getting a tag in.

I strongly suspect that the 3 dune rares (Iska Outrider of Ruin/Rhuv Gorger of Ruin, Reanimatrox Marzan/Phalangax the Final Grasp, and High Reaver Damaris/Edra the Will Grazer) spawn after a certain number of other ZM rares have been killed. I have seen them spawn immediately upon killing another rare, and their spawn time is much faster during periods of high activity/rare killing, and much slower during periods of low activity.

Love all the info given from peeps, but what group finder category is the most common used? Custom? Raid? Questing?

I couldn't find a comprehensive list of all the weapon appearances dropped by these three dune elites, as well as which classes could loot them, so I made the list myself. Keep in mind that you do not need to be in the proper loot spec to to obtain the item, just be on that class. For example, my BM hunter can loot the polearms despite not being able to use the weapon in that spec. Some items can be dropped by all three, as noted below, while others require a specific elite to be up.

Is there any idea for what would initiate a spawn? For some reason, I've not seen any of the three bosses: Iska, Marzan, or Damaris spawn in a very long time.

Granted I've not been spending a ton of time in ZM lately except to go raid, but I've spent several hours over the past few days. I even have been joining groups hunting rares in ZM and not seen any of the three spawn, despite multiple spawns of other bosses in the zone.

Please make group when it spawns. it takes 1sec. share and help others.

As someone who recently (last 7 days) camped the living hell out of these rares in Zereth Mortis (ZM) avoiding Dragonflight and the crowded-lagfest here are my findings:

1) I came for the mount that drops from Rhuv, Gorger of Ruin (Iska's Mawrat Leash) but stayed for the transmogs
2) They respawn after someone kills a rare. Do not just wait AFK in the middle of the sand area, it won't speed up the process. Lvl 70s in blue/green gear can solo all the elites except Protector of the First Ones (needs 2 to open the gate - btw send suggestion to blizzard to fix this to be soloable as ZM will be less and less crowded as time goes on) and Zatojin (Lvl 70 cannot get 10 stacks of poison from the drones, so need lvl 60-65ish to do it). Respawn timer is about 1-2hour provided someone is constantly killing the rares. Longest i've seen was 12hrs on a dead shard. Shortest 50mins.
3) While cruising around the area killing rares I found new friends that are also camping the rares, each one for their own reasons. The rares drop genesis motes, cyphers, rep, transmogs, and latices for mounts/pets/ use addon Silverdragon-TomCatTours and Handynotes - Shadowlands to see what you want/need and which rares are up. cool weaps like Xy'rath's Signature Saber will seem non-rare by the time you're done
4) Phasing sucks. 2 examples that mega triggered me: 1) Just killed Otaris as a 61 DK, slow and grindy kill (6+ mins) Saw the ''swirling sands'' zone announcement -> started heading there (from Otaris area), when I got there, nothing...No corpse, no players(I got phased!) 2) Camped 3 hours, it was about to spawn surely, then I got phased. I altf4 from rage.
How to deal with phasing? Find friends across different shards eg for EU realms Draenor-Silvermoon (2 shards), ArgentDawn-Hyjal (another 2shards) etc.
Use addon https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/raretracker-rt ( I used core/ZM module for less lag), this addon shows the shard number. eg 15. 14. 14503 etc. This is the ''CRZ'' instance you are in. Sometimes 2 chars on same realm can be on 2 different shards...so use this to your advantage to track kills. Invite each other, make custom groups, use legacy raids for cross-faction if you're feeling generous. cooperate. With 3 players on 3 shards you get 3 kills in 1-3 hours. *Insert stonks meme*
5) Park as many alts as possible in ZM to camp this, use the classes you want transmogs on. Eg. if you want Marzan's Dancing Twin-Scythe park a Hunter/Monk /Druid there. If you want Reanimator's Beguiling Baton park a dk/pala/warrior there etc
Level 60s who already have access to Korthia can use the direct skip to ZM without any questing as long as your main char completed the story to access it (speak to the Voice of the Abiter in middle of the Enclave and complete this quest Call of the Primus then click ''skip to ZM pocopoc" dialogue)
If your lvl 60 does not have access to ZM but you have done the threads of fate, and have the covenant spells, you can after reaching 60, head to ZM ,speak to the voice, then head to your covenant, do the introduction, get your soulbind, then you get send back to Oribos, use the skip to the Korthia from Bolvar and then you can also skip to ZM .
I do not have any info on new chars who never did SL content. sorry
6)Loot is not spec dependent, you can put enchancement on loot spec as shaman and get the caster staff. i or be protection spec paladin and get 2h mace.t's random class-based loot.
7) Open the treasures near the sands (Mawsworn Supply Chest) can drop Spectral Mawrat's Tail
8) Use Enhancement Console for char buffs to make life easier such as Focialic Crystallic Spheroid Flexialic Crystallic Spheroid etc
9) Dumping some raw spawn data from paper notes I haven't tossed out

I actually saw him come up on my server (US Wymrest Accord WM ON) as I was in the area killing other rares. I went right over to the area and he was in his "preparing to materialize" phase. I went to LFG to post in case anyone else wanted the kill and, without anyone even applying or me joining anything else, he just despawned. I'm pretty sure they usually go away after a few minutes of no one attacking, but he wasn't even attackable yet.

Super weird and also a letdown I couldn't try for loot.

Spent 2 hours circling the zone killing rares, looting chests. No idea when High Reaver Damaris spawns. I probably spent 20 game days in this zone so I am surprised I have the other 2 but not him.

Be careful when soloing him, he will mind control you. When the mind control wore off, I got disconnected and received no kill credit for the achievement upon logging in again.
