Related to the Star Lake Amphitheater event in Ardenweald located between Dreamsong Fenn and Heart of the Forest.

Players with Night Fae covenant can speak with Dapperdew and activate the fight.
You need to activate Anima Conductor link of the day to the Star Lake Amphitheater area.
Anima Conductor is located in the Hear of the Forest main Night Fae covenant base. MORE INFO HERE
After you speak with the Dapperdew he summons one out of 7 rares

Glimmerdust, As Kil'jaeden rare mob can be found in Ardenweald.

Location: 41.51 44.82
Required for: Adventurer of Ardenweald
Rare drop: Silky Shimmermoth (after all rares defeated)

Glimmerdust, As Kil'jaeden is one of seven rare can be triggered by talking to Dapperdew.
You need to join Night Fae covenant to be able to run an event. If you didnt - you need an other player who joined to run an event.
The rare is also a part of Ardenweald's a Stage achievement.

How to summon Glimmerdust, As Kil'jaeden:

be a member of the Night Fae Covenant
complete the First Chapter in the Night Fae Campaign (For Queen and Grove!) until unlock the Sanctum Reservoir
speak with Zayhad, The Builder in Heart of the Forest to unlock the Anima Conductor rank 1
speak with Sesselie to grab the quest The Roots Thirst
use Anima Conductor and channel anima to Dreamsong Fenn
go to Star Lake Amphitheater and speak with Dapperdew to start the event and summon a random rare

/way 38.6, 55.3 Zayhad (lower level)
/way 50,4, 63,8 Sesselie (lower level)

/way 41,5, 44,8 Star Lake Amphitheater

Notes:
If Dapperdew don't call Glimmerdust, As Kil'jaeden, wait the daily reset and try again until she calls Glimmerdust, As Kil'jaeden.
To unlock the Anima Conductor you need 1k Reservoir Anima and 1x Redeemed Soul.

To trigger Glimmerdust, As Kil'jaeden event you have to be in the Night Fae covenant.
In Heart of the Forest use Anima Conductor and channel anima to Dreamsong Fenn. There's a rare mark should appear on the map.
Make you way there. To summon Glimmerdust, As Kil'jaeden you need to speak to Dapperdew on the stage. But there's a problem.
Other mob may be summoned instead - one of the Ardenweald's a Stage mobs. They rotate every day, so you need to visit npc until you get Glimmerdust, As Kil'jaeden.

This is "personal" rare mob, only you can summon it after linking Dreamsong Fenn and Anima Conductor. Other players cant even talk to Dapperdew / summon rares. At least on beta.

Glimmerdust, As Kil'jaeden is a silver dragon elite sometimes starring in the Star Lake Amphitheater of Ardenweald and is the target for one of the special encounters needed to complete the Adventurer of Ardenweald, Ardenweald's a Stage, and Glimmerdust, As Kil'jaeden achievements.

If you are a member of the Night Fae covenant and have unlocked the first tier of the Anima Conductor within the Sanctum, then activate the stream to the Dreamsong Fenn and talk to Dapperdew to start one of the following special encounters.
