Balance of Power Artifact Appearance Unlocked
The Valorous Artifact Appearance from
Improving on History
can finally be completed! This questline unlocks a new artifact weapon style, as well as the tints for
Unleashed Monstrosities
,
Glory of the Legion Hero
, and
Keystone Master
if you have completed those achievements.
Minkage has reported
they have completed Balance of Power this morning!
This is a very long questline which will take you through eight Mythic Dungeons and the raids
Emerald Nightmare
and
The Nighthold
. The raid quests must be done on Normal difficulty or higher. Check out

for the full questline.
The final quest
Balance of Power
also rewards the Artifact Power item
Heart of Zin-Azshari
which scales up to 1 million AP at Artifact Knowledge 25.
