New Torghast Torments System and New Negative Effects in Patch 9.1
The Torghast Torments system has also been reworked in Patch 9.1, with brand new Torment effects which will hinder your run. Torments include making Elite mobs harder and allowing them to reflect spells, losing stamina every 60 seconds while on a floor and more.

Torghast First Look in Patch 9.1 - New Negative Torments, Score Streak Bar, Boss on Floor 5
We've gotten a first look at the revamped Torghast feature in Patch 9.1! With up to 6 new negative torments to hinder your run and a score streak bar that rewards chain killing, you'll try to complete the run as fast as possible, killing lots of mobs and avoiding dying to achieve a 4+ star run to unlock the next layer. The length of Torghast may be shorter next patch with the boss spawning on Floor 5.

Soul Cinders Will Upgrade Legendaries to Rank 5 and 6 in Patch 9.1 - Soul Ash Will Continue to Drop
