Three Decks to Try in the Latest Clockwork Card Dealer Brawl
The
return of Clockwork Card Dealer
marks the first time we've seen the brawl return since it originally appeared back on October 7, 2015, only 17 weeks after the debut of Tavern Brawls. A lot has changed then. Reno Jackson and friends came in the League of Explorers and now chaos reigns supreme with Whispers of the Old Gods. This has put a plethora of new tools at our disposal and there are a few decks that we've had a ton of fun with.

Drakonid Crusher - No Longer Just an Arena Card
You've likely encountered it on the ladder this month. Most meta reports put it solidly among the Tier 1 decks, ready to dominate the scene. But for longtime players, this is particularly interesting for one reason: .

Deck Spotlight - Midrange Beast Druid
Hearthstone players have been trying to make a competitive Beast Druid decklist for more than a year. Goblins vs Gnomes and Naxxramas were chock full of high value cards however, and this caused the archetype many, many problems when it came to actually keeping its minions alive. Now that Standard has been introduced and the meta as a whole is slightly more forgiving, Beast Druid actually stands on its own two legs.

The Dawn of a New Archetype? Control Shaman Surges
It's not everyday that a new archetype emerges from the field of cards we find ourselves yielding day in and day out. As one of the main classifications of deck types out there, theoretically Control Shaman has existed since the dawn of time, it's just never been very competitive. And now, when Aggro and Midrange Shaman are two of the best in the Standard meta, why are we starting to see hints that this new breed is starting to emerge as something worth running?

Deck Spotlight: Chessdude's Miracle Malygos Rogue, Hearthstone Championship Tour Summer Dates Announced
Miracle Rogue isn't a new archetype and yet there are plenty of Hearthstone players that have absolutely no clue how they should be mulliganing, when they should be applying pressure, and what removal they should be willing to spend.

The Value of A Hearthstone Card
Exactly how does Blizzard evaluate the value of a Hearthstone card? Some are easier than other such as with , , and . Each has its stats adjusted based on the value. But what happens when you start introducing mechanics such as Charge, Taunt, and Stealth into the mix? It gets complicated very quickly, but our latest video should help you understand exactly how the developers decide what stats to give each one.

Wild Experiments - Mech Mage Gets Double the Taunt
Mech Mage. A term that used to inspire fear into the hearts of many is now relegated to the Wild wasteland where all the top decks are being offered limitless power while a much smaller group of players push and shove their way up the ranks.
An old staple of the ladder, Strifecro's Mech Mage decklist is one of the most popular that's ever existed. As you can see, Goblins vs. Gnomes makes up approximately 70% of the entire composition. Clearly the archetype can't survive without it. But Whispers of the Old Gods did come with a few new cards that could be potential fits. the larger, corrupted version of its smaller brother and the twisted bot who no longer has your health among its interests.

Climbing the Ladder: N'Zoth Takes Over
Out of all the Old Gods it actually might be that ends up being the most relevant of them all. needs an entire deck built around it and has a bit too much RNG to be played in a wide variety of decks. on the other hand is largely rejected as a competitive card whatsoever, at least in the current meta. So if you've got N'Zoth in your collection here are some decks that should give you a chance to it to good use!

One-Button Authentication Coming to BattleNet
Tired of having to authenticate every single time you log in on a different computer or device? Blizzard is trying to make the process easier via the Mobile Authenticator which now allows you to approve or deny authentication requests with the click of a button. This seems especially helpful for us Hearthstone players who are frequently changing devices and playing on the go!

Tech Cards: Infested Tauren
One of the main problems with N'Zoth is that you want the minions it resurrects to be valuable. And you most certainly do not want it overfilling your board such that you miss out on a very important card like Sylvanas. So knowing exactly what to put in can be a challenge. and , while solid in their own right, really aren't all that great on Turn 10 or later. And excluding class cards, they're among the few you're really ever going to consider. But is often overlooked, so let's take some time to break it down.
