Mythic+ Scaling Modifier Reduced in Shadowlands Pre-Patch
Shadowlands Pre-Patch Build 35989 contains a reduction to the Mythic+ Scaling factor, likely to accommodate for the loss of corruption effects. This means that dungeons will scale much slower with key level in the Pre-Patch.

Shadowlands Pre-Patch Build 35989 Class and Spell Changes - Old Potion Level Caps Changed
Another PTR build has hit the servers. There aren't many class and spell changes, but this build contains a changes to many old potions, including Skystep Potions, which have had their level caps lowered from Level 50 to 49, making them immediately unusable once the Pre-Patch hits.

Legendaries Can Be Upgraded in Shadowlands for Additional Base Crafting Items
We've learned how to upgrade the Item Level of Legendaries in Shadowlands! While you can craft a Legendary directly at the Item Level that you want, if you want the Legendary's effect earlier, you can initially craft it at a lower item level and then upgrade it with using additional base crafting items.

that Legendaries have 4 Ranks and 4 Different Item Levels.
