"Arcane Lightning damage reduced by 25%"My crops are watered, my pores are clear, DoS is no longer cursed
I wonder sometimes whether these would be so needed without Tyrannical ;)
Good change to DOS timer, more in line with other dungeons.
When Ventunax is defeated, all the shooting balls should cease to exist, please fix.
These changes are most welcome, especially the bleed dot from Ventunax.
no nerf to fire mages, cool.............................
I really like that they’re being proactive with dungeon changes this expansion. Though I think there are still more that need to be addressed.Hakkar’s biggest issue is the Blood Barrier when you get to higher keys. I think there needs to be a slight rework in how it works. Maybe a max amount the barrier can reach or something. No Sanguine Depths changes. I think the timer needs to be bumped up to at least 43 minutes. Ideally 44. 3rd boss needs a rework as well. The whole massive tank damage, followed by massive group wide AoE, followed by massive group wide AoE with a ticking DoT while lethal bombs fall all over the ground forcing you to constantly move just feels awful at the higher key levels. I think a cool rework would be if it worked similarly to the spider mini boss mob in Mechagon Workshop. There is a pie slice that is safe and the rest of the room is not. Would make for less moving but still a lethal mechanic. Hopefully the next round of nerfs include Sanguine Depths.
The tuning is slowly getting there, this is a start.
Cool now give legacy raids their nerfs they were supposed to get 2 years ago.
That Arcane Lightning nerf probably wasn't needed, but it will help ease the pressure on some less than ideal comps. Having 2 melee Dps and an melee healer it was really hard to control jumps.
^ This. When we're talking about Hakkar being a pain, we are not talking about 15's and 16's. Some bosses/boss abilites just seem to scale too harshly at high key levels.
Some people think 15s and 16s are "very high keys" and then there are people who laugh at those low keys. And of course, there are also those who believe that the high-end players should be ignored, in favor of the casual players who don't raid, don't dungeon, and don't pvp.
