The information on Dottie isn't completely accurate. You were able to buy Dottie after the promotion ended as well. Additionally, the pet was a part of the Seafarer Pack earlier this year before it was retired.
the TCG stuff being a drop is fine but I do think that charity stuff should stay exclusive
twitch drops are the biggest scam actiblizzard has ever come up with, you can stream hours of content and you get no reward even though you should be eligible for the loot
