As someone who has played a lot of Sims 4, you have no idea how much time it takes to do something like that. It's absolutely amazing.
Saw this on Reddit. At first I thought was just someone playing WoW with the setting on low. I had no clue it was even outside the engine. It's really impressive what they have done.
