Soultwining Crescent and Death-Bound Shard Will Grant Conduits Based on Spec Instead of Class

Why on earth aren’t conduit upgrades Loot Spec Specific? I’m sitting here on a Feral druid getting conduit upgrades from Soultwining Crescent and other items for Guardian, Boomy, Resto and i will never get any use out of them, meanwhile my feral conduits are low ilvl.

Granting conduits based on spec is such an obvious and self apparent thing that nearly all were baffled when the 9.0 equivalent didn't function this way.

What dev in their right mind would think that granting a player a random conduit for a spec they don't (and have no desire to) ever play would be a satisfying reward?

It's not even possible to have full 252 conduits at this point purely through Korthia, and now you are giving people full 252 conduits for their spec just like this?
