Thanks I just bought like 15 after the reset and used them all
Hunter has 2 specs, bm and mm, i play both, i have full 226 upgrades for some imaginary "survival"spec
Imagine taking weeks and weeks to do this, when 80% of Mythic raiders already spent the time grinding these out. Another convienent grind we complained about since PTR getting changed just as enough people unsub, just like Azerite gear trading, just like Azerite Gear vendor, just like AP gains, just like legion leggos in the last patch, just like the corruption vendor. "Better late than never" should not apply here. This is a habitual issue with blizzard and their expansion systems.
Yeah, I'm not sure why people generally fall into these traps and are so thankful. This was brought up in 9.0 with the Maw conduit upgrades. This is nothing more than the usual restrictive system for no reason other than to slow players down. And then later on change without warning to appear they're listening to feedback and to mask it as content.“You bring up a valid point about the conduit upgrade items not being specialization specific. It can be frustrating when you get a conduit for a spec that you may never use.”Honestly, *!@# you.
I for sure got ALL my Disc conduits before I got any Holy ones. I have never played Disc, very frustrating indeed.
1. I wanna say that I love to see this change! 2. It was absolutely disgusting to make those things not targetable, in the sense of I can actually chose the exact conduit that I want to upgrade, the overwhelming amount of lottery mechanics is so pathetic.3. Still nice that it gets less dogsh*t
They still only get 1/2 of a point for this change. These are the EXACT complaints players had before Shadowlands released. They're only listening now because they're desperate.
Blizzard, this is why people hate new systems. Your new systems are typically pretty good in the X.3 patch, after you’ve implemented all the changes that the community (and any sane man) suggest. This is a good change, but should’ve been in the game from the start. Same with swapping covenants on the fly (i.e. talent spec balance is venthyr, but if you swap to feral, you are night fae). Please stop putting barriers for character customization. That is the literal best thing about progression based RPGs, and yet you keep blocking these systems with arbitrary cock-blocks. I mean, how does it even make sense that if I leave the Night fae to join the kyrian and want to come back to night fae, they consider that an act of treason? Aren’t they working together? Your restrictions don’t even make sense from a lore perspective! (In addition to the fact that it traps certain classes in 1 spec or another, like how frost mages must be venthyr, fire must be night fae and arcane must be kyrian to be competitive.)
You know what i love about this the most ? the smiley face
So #PullTheRipcord is happening after 9 mounths? Next move is to get rid off conduit energy and free the covenant swapping? Would be amazing!
great, i just wasted 33.000 on upgrades, thanks. can i get those back or something? prob. not. thanks...
IT TOOK A LONG TIME xD
After I blow through 20 of them. Great.
REMOVE CODNUIT ENERGY NOW THANKS! p.s. Glad I spent all my currency on rng just for you to make this change now
Good change definitely good change.
Hopefully this will be "smart" and upgrade random offspec conduits if your current spec is all 226/252. Knowing Blizzard, I foresee an upgrade doing nothing instead, wasting it because of spaghetti code.
Cool but why wasn’t this the case at the beginning of the patch? I feel there has to be a bit of foresight and it’s a pretty easy problem to see.Playing as a druid this xpac has been alright (pvper mainly) but there just feels like so many restrictions to let us play the game how we enjoy it. Not being able to swap cov’s freely. Not being to upgrade a specific conduit. (Not a lot matter that much but some do). I would’ve raided as nf/venthyr boomkin, those being superior and I like to perform well, if I wasn’t a necrolord main for arena. This won’t be an issue 10.0 but like the conduit problem should probably already be changed.
