Solo Queue for Island Expeditions and BFA LFR Planned, No Solo Queues for Warfronts

Will it be possible to solo queue for Warfronts and island Expeditions starting with patch 9.1? And what about the BfA's LFR?
There are definitely plans to introduce solo queue for island expeditions. When it came to the warfronts, he was not entirely sure, due to some technical difficulties. Unfortunately, no word about the solo LFR queue.
