Fantastic, a wholly welcome change - this reminds me a lot of Justice Points/ Valor Points and their counterparts. Finally a way to grind toward something tangible again!

18 weeks to get all the pieces you need...? Oof, that just sounds silly.Like yeah, glad for this system but I think that's an obscene amount of time, and TRYING to get the piece you need via a cache results in +2-3 weeks if you fail.
Nice :D !I think for alt it will be very fast to get 370+ token just to proc Emissary 370+ gear (You can scrap it for additionnal currency), then you should always wait max currency to target 385 of your choice (Even if it takes two more time, a random one is just too risky).

Isn't this ilvl extremely low? I tought that the new raid heroic would drop somethig like 400 ilvl items, while you can get only 385 in this new vendor.Am I seeing something wrong or is that it?
Now bring back conquest points and pvp vendors for pvp and make no exception. Make it so how it used to be
yikes the number for guaranteed 385 you want. yikes indeed. Assuming its 125 for a +10 done that's alot of months of grinding for what you want. I think the odds are however better slightly assuming its a 385 each week that you get it, but yikes. that's half a year to get the 385 you want assuming 125 is for a +10. I am sure you can cut that down by having someone funnel you azerite gear from normal mythics to but yikes.
It's a step, but what would really solve so much of the Azerite armor problem is this currency dropping in ALL group content. Not just Mythic dungeons but Raids, PvP and hell even Island Expeditions.You can adjust the drop rate per content as needed, based on perhaps difficulty and even time, putting in say a weekly quest that gives you a large chunk of the currency? Food for thought. I hope the community and the devs continue to discuss this.
So i guess everyone is just not aware of what this means. Right now you get a chance at an azerite piece every week from mythic+ cache this change will not give you more at all, 2-3 weeks for 1 piece of 385 i would rather keep the random chance each week because even tho you can buy for the slot you want still a high chance its not going to be the one you want. Only way i see this working is they don't treat us like children who can only have 1 piece of candy each week but allow us to grind this no matter how long the grind is for example every +10 gives you 10-20 currency would still take you roughly 90 or so +10s to do this but hey its still an option for people who like the grind and are more hardcore.
A polished turd is still a turd, but I guess at least it's shiny.Azerite is a failed idea, a failed system, and needs to be killed off as soon as possible.
