It is strange that every buff was 4%.. I mean they did some kind of maths and found out that 3-4 classes needed a 4% to be more in line with the other specs or they saw that these specs were weak and they threw just a irrelevant buff just to boost the psychology of players and not stop playing? It seems to me that they are not willing to focus on balance and they are just throwing placebos out there :D
I'm surprised they reverted the BDK change. They can run a 50-80% uptime on Dancing Rune Weapon letting them maintain a +70-80% parry chance which makes them leagues ahead of every other tank for keys in terms of just flat out survivability when they can also do 15-20k hps on big pulls without even needing heals from the healer. In S1 it was the DH tank meta, S2 the bear tank, and in S3 its blood DKs.
