Cosmetics that you have to pay cash money for (via Platinum purchase) should definitely be flashy, every single piece should have some form of animation with it, you paid real money for it so it should be there, not optional.Also, this is a good point as well: cosmetics that affect a single feature of a character, example, the glowing eyes offered in a variety of cosmetics that were purchased through the in-game store, or awarded through grinding out seasonal content, should be usable by every class, not just one. This feature should be like the one-handed swords, every class can now use them for gear.
