Covenant legendary tuning

Following further review and testing, we’ve decided to strike two of these changes:Priest

Kyrian - Spheres’ Harmony: Cooldown reduction increased to 3 seconds (was 2 seconds) ~~and cap increased to 80 seconds (was 60 seconds)~~.

~~Venthyr - Sinful Surge: Condemn now extends the duration of Recklessness by 1.5 seconds (was 2 seconds).~~

As one of the few Kyrian Fury warriors, I wish we would also get some love. I don't like the covenant system because most Fury Warrior content I see just assumes you've gone "BiS" Venthyr. And any talk about buffs/nerfs to the class like this are always related specifically to just Venthyr.

😥Comment by decozeroI play a rogue... One I'm laughing my ass off at the guy who said rogues haven't been good in raids in a long time. Two the Vent leggo was too strong, get over it. Rogues are one of the most covenant balanced classes in game. There's a best, sure, but all of them are within 2 percent. This legendary completely broke that balance. So many people switched... But we should punish those who didn't want too? Don't argue for less balanced game play so you can get more damage. It's still a strong legendary choice if you want it, it's not broken anymore.

The warrior Nerf they undid made a spec nearly unplayable, it needed to be undone, Rogue vent does not.
