I strongly believe they are related to the turtle from cataclysm Mount Hyjal questline with the turtle god. Last time Azeroth was wounded, Well of Eternity was made, evolving trolls to night elves, night elves to naga later on, also murlocs to jinyu, probably the silithus wound may become another well which turns the turtles of UnGoro crater which wonder to silithus to see what the commotion is and into Tortollan or even Tortolla purposely brings his spawn there to evolve them into higher beings. Blizzard loves to have hidden spoilers and hints as to what comes next and Hearthstone has been the biggest hint so far, I wouldn't be surprised if gadgetzan is also revamped next xpac, and yes they also have wacky stuff that would never go into Warcraft but gadgetzan and the whisper of the old gods, ungoro journey do seem legit to fit into WoW in a single xpac.Comment by JillyBean4179He may be a Tortollan, but damn if he doesn't look like Baby Sinclair from Dinosaurs ......

Ancient tribal turtles unearthed from an underground evil, or called from above to redirect the impending storm/flood! Adorned with feathers, reeds, dino-bones and carrying gnarled root staves, pouches of beads and gems, and leafy bowls of crisp-skinned sweet mushy fruit! They'll be raising their ancestor's chunky shell-shields, marks of their brethren painted with glowing berryjuice, strengthened by a molten coat, communicating with the deep earth and whipping up enchanted waters with their primal magics, and playing spin-the-tottle!
