The Void-Forged Stallion was added with the Horrific Visions revisited in 11.1.5. It's fairly easy to obtain--you must collect 4 horseshoes from around the Stormwind horrific vision (which you can queue for in Dornogal) and then go to a forge and summon a rare which drops the mount. Each area has 1 horseshoe, with the exception of the Dwarven District, which instead has the forge. Note: you must have at least 1 mask equipped for the horseshoes to appear. If the Vision of Orgrimmar is this week's current vision, you must wait until the next week to get the mount. Below is my suggested route that requires killing no elites/rares.

From the start, the first horseshoe is in front of the cathedral in the southeast planter.

Exit the cathedral area to the south, cross the bridge and turn right to go towards the mage quarter. Take a right across the next bridge and head into the mage quarter. When you enter, turn left immediately and clear your way up to the main tower where the large elite amalgamation is patting around. The 2nd horseshoe is directly to the right when you enter this clearing.

Backtrack and exit the Mage Quarter and head to the Trade District. Enter directly across from the Mage Quarter and turn right immediately, heading toward the bank. Clear this area, and the 3rd horseshoe can be found in the planter in front of the bank.

/way 61.5 75.5

Leave the trade district the way you came in and head around the outside. Be careful not to aggro the gnome (he is neutral, so you have to attack him to aggro him, but misplaced cleave could end your run early.) Continue all the way around the Trade District until you get to the bridge heading to Old Town. Cross the bridge, but turn left and instead enter Old Town from the northwest side. Once inside, turn left and follow the path, clearing your way to the planter with the 4th horseshoe.

/way 75.5 58

Leave Old Town the way you came in and cross the bridge toward the Dwarven District. Turn left after the bridge and head to the entrance on the west side. Once inside, turn left and follow the path. The forge is located at /way 63 37. You can either clear the elite miniboss there or continue around the perimeter and backtrack to the forge from the south.

Once you've looted all 4 horeshoes and clicked the forge, a fairly easy rare will spawn which drops the mount upon being killed. Hope this helps, enjoy!

Did this with a friend and only one of us was able to loot the mount per kill.
Not sure if it'll change in the future but wanted to let people know!

Borrowed Soridormi for this one, but primarily solo'd with one mask:
Footnote: I used the Mask of Dark Imagination since the adds that get summoned are few and easy to topple.

- Ran to each area without completing their missions
- Swiped each horseshoe from each location until the buff reads "4"
- Ran to Dwarven District and dumped them into the forge in the corner
- Summoned mount, slayed it with ease
- Profit

Remember to loot the mount I guess, I just did this on a 2 mask run as well as a full clear so I was just going pretty quickly, thought the mount would be in a box at the end. Nothing mailed to me.

I also had a fel corrupted blazecycle rare spawn, killed the mount he was on then the NPC and I also didn't loot that (didnt even remember checking if it had loot, just carried on my run)

As other said, you need 1 Mask equipped to get this mount.
