In case you are forgetful like me, and wonder how many you needed for the Darkmoon leatherworking quest (Eyes on the Prizes), you need 5x.
You also need ten Shiny Bauble, and five Blue Dye.

For the Darkmoon tailoring quest (Banners, Banners Everywhere!), you only need one.
You also need one Blue Dye, and one Red Dye
