Blizzard sh*t on themselves hard with this trinket for MM hunters. MM can only activate it with Stampade , while surv with Cordinated Assault or Stampade and BM with Dire Beast or Stampade again... Super dumb

For marksmanship hunters, this does proc off Windrunner's Guidance talent. I'm not sure if it's better to remove the talent and allow the trinket to build stacks (I found it got to 7+ stacks between regular Trueshot Aura activations or to allow Windrunner's Guidance to keep proccing the trinket and keeping the stacks to only 1 or 2.

Some preliminary test results:

1) The speed reduction does NOT stack.
It's a flat 10% no matter how many stacks of Domineering Arrogance you consume.

2) Stacks of Domineering Arrogance don't seem to expire over time.
I generated several stacks on a training dummy and they persisted, out of combat, for 10+ minutes before I got bored and used them. The stacks WILL disappear when logging out, entering an instance, hearthing, or engaging a raid boss.

3) You can store up stacks of Domineering Arrogance on trash mobs to use on a boss fight, BUT...
In dungeons, you simply use your triggering ability when the boss is pulled. HOWEVER, since engaging a raid boss makes the stacks disappear, you must use your triggering ability BEFORE the pull in raids (like pre-potting, back when that was still a thing).

4) Frequency of the Domineering Arrogance stacks seems highly variable
After testing, I was getting an average of one every 20 seconds. But I saw two stacks occur right on top of each other a couple of time. I also saw a 40 second span with no stacks on another test, so I don't know what to think.

The stacking buff is Domineering Arrogance (411661)
The buff you get when using the trinket is Call to Dominance (403380)

Am I mistaken or is this not nearly as good as a decent trinket that just straight out gives you your primary stat? Based on what I see in the description it procs about 3 times a minute meaning another stack of Domineering Arrogance so about 3+ minutes to get 10 stacks. Once triggered the buff to your primary stat only lasts 10 seconds. Am I misunderstanding how this works?

I think this item is all bugged out right now , i did many test on the dummy after getting it and when i go over the first 2 stack it start to calculate half of the stats instead of the full stats.
trinket ilvl is 522 so it say 912 per stack . the wrong number is not only display on the proc icon but also on the caracter tab . I did run 4-5 time each stack and here are the result

1 stack = 913 agility
2 stack = 1825 agility
3 stack = 1369 or 2738 agility
4 stack = 1825 or 3650 agility
5 stack = 2281 agility
6 stack = 2738 agility
7 stack = 3194 agility
8 stack = 3650 agility
9 stack = 4107 agility
10 stack = 4563 or 9126 agility

Right now, this seems to be bugged for Enhance shaman. It incorrectly procs off of Primordial Wave and when that occurs, you only receive half the agility stated in the tooltip.

I wouldn't recommend for enhancement shaman, you're summoning your feral spirits so often that you'll never get more than 1 stack, so you're pretty much just moving slower for using it.
Great for elemental, your fire/wind elemental is on a larger cooldown so you can use it as a stat boosting cooldown for big damage.

Great for windwalker monk, all your upfront damage is with your Xuen cooldown this just turns you into a demigod for 20 seconds, which lines up with the 20 seconds of haste. Top monks were still using a season 2 mythic dominance during season 3. Similar reasoning for Hunters since it's attached to a 2 minute cooldown.

Playing Mistweaver Monk and This trinket seems to be bugged atm.. Havent seen not 1 stack of Domineering Arrogance and ive been spamming spells for well over 1 hour.
