Curious...how does it sheathe?

I purchased this 2/1/24 and the next day I tried to transom this (or any of the "wrist" bouquets I purchased) and none show up in my transmog inventory. I went back to the Trading Post on 2/2/24, and all those items are still showing that I have collected them but they do NOT show up in my inventory.

UPDATE: I finally found the item in my collection by typing in the name because the graphic dosent look like the item. Also, the transmog is disappointing because it appears at your hip, not in your hand :(
