A Spiral Deathroc Horn is offered in exchange for a Teregeer Crystal by Au'larrynar, a broker found in the Challenger's Promenade of Maldraxxus.

Acquiring a Spiral Deathroc Horn completes the fifth in a series of exchanges needed to procure Preserved Berries. The Preserved Berries are used by members of the Venthyr Covenant to ensure the attendance of Aliothe, the Droman of Hibernal Hollow, at the next Ember Court via RSVP: Droman Aliothe.

How to get Spiral Deathroc Horn:

go to Revendreth and speak with Ta'tru to check the price of the Necklace of Dredbat Fangs (the price change every week) always some kind of meat
buy on Auction House or grind the meat (when I do it i buy per 30x Aethereal Meat)
buy Necklace of Dredbat Fangs from Ta'tru
go to Bastion and use Necklace of Dredbat Fangs to buy Pristine Vulpine Pelt from Trader Ta'bix
go to Oribos and use Pristine Vulpine Pelt to buy Aquamarine Cartel Chit from Ta'lan the Antiquary
stay in Oribos and use Aquamarine Cartel Chit to buy Teregeer Crystal from Acquirer Ta'gosh
go to Theater of Pain - Maldraxxus and use Teregeer Crystal to buy Spiral Deathroc Horn from Au'larrynar

Keep in mind that none of the items required for this trade game are unique. Every time you need the RSVP for Droman Aliothe you need a new Spiral Deathroc Horn. Getting multiple horns in 1 go will save you a lot of time on the long run.

Spiral Deathroc Horn is offered by Au'larrynar in exchange for a Teregeer Crystal and is required as a barter item for the quest RSVP: Droman Aliothe and Preserved Berries.

Below are all the stations and vendors you need to trade in:

Take the Quest RSVP: Droman Aliothe from Droman Aliothe in the Ardenweald in Hibernal Hollow. The big bear near the flight master.

To complete the quest you will need Preserved Berries, which is sold by Ta'ruca in Revendreth at the Night Market.
Go to the Night Market in Revendreth to Ta'tru, southwest of Darkhaven.

Buy a Necklace of Dredbat Fangs
- the price changes every week
- e.g. 20x Laestrite Ore or Shadowy Shank
- you can farm it yourself or buy it from the AH
After that fly to the Bastion and ride to the Transfer Station Ta, west of the Bastion.

Trade the Necklace of Dredbat Fangs for a Pristine Vulpine Pelt at Trader Ta'bix.
After that, fly to Oribos and go to the The Broker's Den, which is in the basement of "The Idyllia". It is the eastern entrance in the "Ring of Fates", the one with the beer mug above the entrance. Then go into the right or left room and through the door down the stairs.

Trade the Pristine Vulpine Pelt for a Aquamarine Cartel Chit at Ta'lan the Antiquary.
Then go back up to the "Ring of Fates" and turn left into the Hall of Curiosities.

Trade the Aquamarine Cartel Chit for a Teregeer Crystal at Acquirer Ta'gosh.
After that fly to Maldraxxus to the Challenger's Promenade, just east of the "Theater of Pain".

Trade the Teregeer Crystal for a Spiral Deathroc Horn at Au'larrynar.
After that fly back to the Night Market in Revendreth.

Trade the Spiral Deathroc Horn for Preserved Berries at Ta'ruca.
Finally fly back to Droman Aliothe in the Ardenweald and complete the quest to get RSVP: Droman Aliothe.

Note: If you want to do the quest for the Ember Court more often you can buy several Preserved Berries.

Wow. Doing this once would be fine, needing it every time Aliothe is the guest? Guess who is getting rerolled most weeks!

You no longer have to buy the Spiral Deathroc Horn from Au'larrynar.
Just take the Teregeer Crystal to Ta'ruca and you will be able to buy Preserved Berries to complete the quest "RSVP: Droman Aliothe"
