This Ensemble is sold by transmogrifiers in major cities as reward for the Trial of Style transmogrification Micro Holiday, season 2, in 2018.
The Ensemble costs 60 Trial of Style Token, found in the Mog Week boxes earned in the Trial of Style competition.

When used, it'll unlock the Crimson Sentinel Garb, which is Bear Oiled Chainmail with its missing shoulderpads.

The three other new sets are:
Cloth: Mindwrack Raiment, which is Oblivion Raiment (Recolor) with a lot of previously unavailable pieces.
Leather: Tundraspite Armor, which is Northrend Leather Garb (Recolor) with its missing boots.
Plate: Goldspine Plate armor set, a recolor of the Warrior Tier 1 armor set, Battlegear of Might, with a lot of previously unavailable pieces.
The sets for season 1 are also still for sale.

If you win the competition and get the Stylish! buff, you can also buy the Fashionable Undershirt for 1 Trial of Style Token.

Not a super exciting set, but I guess completionists get an armor piece previously unavailable out of it. Some effort of Blizzard to make previously incompletely available armor sets whole, is better than none.

If you were like me and figured Blizzard may add additional transmog sets in future patches, so you maxed out your tokens during season one, You can now buy the Season 2 set a full 8 months in advance from when the event happens again in August 2018.
