Marksman 2-piece bonus is Find the Mark, and on a default UI will make your Aimed Shot button glow in exactly the same way as a Lock and Load insta-cast proc, so that's a little annoying.

I'd suggest a weakaura or some form of buff monitoring so that you can easily tell when Aimed Shot is instant rather than just more damage.

Has anyone tested whether the Tier Set is actually providing 40% bleed damage? From testing, the "Hit the Mark" buff is only providing 1.5-2.5% overall damage during an entire encounter. If the damage is referring to the Aimed Shot from a successful proc, the damage is calculated as about 8-10% of normal (non-critical) Aimed Shot damage.

Also, is the repeated "sec" at the end of the tooltip a clerical error?

EASY WAY TO FARM THIS FOR TRANSMOG IN 10.2
1. Farm rares in forbidden reach for Primalist 385 gear tokens. Fill up every slot and keep them in your bags. Should take maybe an hour to get your full armor set. Keep all the others for alts as the tokens are account-bound.
2. Use the tokens to get primalist gear and take them to the Revival Catalyst Console and swap them to tier(for free) and get full normal set.
3. Use Untapped Forbidden Knowledge (acquired from the same rares you were farming) to upgrade them to heroic and unlock that color.

If you have bad luck finding the final few pieces of your primalist set, you can buy 359 versions from Mythressa using Elemental Overflow and upgrade them to 385 using Storm Sigil(also acquired from the rares).
