Patch 4.2
is the second major content patch of the Cataclysm expansion, coming after patch 4.1 that introduced minor content that made the former raids of Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub into level 85 heroic dungeons.
Here you can find everything that you need to know about the new patch! We've done the dailies, tackled the bosses, and double-checked all those interface changes to keep you updated on what 4.2 will bring and how to complete it. You can also stay tuned for updates as we scour through the PTR on the lookout for interesting things and changes!

More Quests: New Dailies, Thrall and the World Tree
Two new Firelands-related quest hubs: The Regrowth in Hyjal and The Molten Front in the Firelands themselves, with two unlockable pseudo factions: the Druids of the Talon and the Shadow Wardens!
Every player will progress at their own rate, but will be able to help friends with all the quests, (almost) regardless of phasing!
Brand new modular progression where players earn Marks of the World Tree, which can be used to unlock more content or purchase reputation commendations.
An epic quest chain available to both Alliance and Horde players that reveals key points in Thrall's life and ultimately saves his life!
