Raid positioning will depend on which boss is active.
During Phase 1, have the whole raid loosely spread on one side of the boss, and use the opposite side for Rending Charges.
During Phase 2, stay loosely spread near the boss, and designate a dispel location near the stack.
In Phase 3 just follow the boss around after each Deep Breath.

Rending Charge

A few players will be marked by a debuff, which will indicate who the boss will charge.
The marks players should move to a designated marker near the raid and spread out.

Massive Slam

This is a frontal cone attack that should be dodged.

Bellowing Roar

Bellowing Roar is an area attack which deals falloff damage to the raid.
Move away from the boss while this is cast to reduce the damage taken.

Unstable Essence

A permanent debuff will be applied to a random player which grows in intensity over time.
When dispelled, the debuffed player will leave behind a puddle which will explode after a few seconds.
The Unstable Essence debuff will always jump to a nearby player, but reset in intensity when it’s dispelled.
Dispel around 8 stacks, while the target is about 15 yards from melee. Designate a stack point and use Mass Dispel when multiple debuffs are present.

Volatile Spew

This is a simple area attack which should be avoided by players.

Violent Eruption

Violent Eruption is an 8 second channel which pulses damage to the entire raid.
Erratic Remnants will also echo the damage of the channel, so make sure there are as few alive as possible.

Deep Breath

Rionthus casts a series of Deep Breaths across the encounter area. Make sure to dodge it!

Temporal Anomaly

The boss will summon a Temporal Anomaly which always drifts towards the boss.
If the Temporal Anomaly collides with the boss, it will shield it for 10% of it’s maximum health.
Players can keep the orb away from the boss by running into it, which deals damage and knocks it back.

Disintegrate

A few players will be fixated and the boss will channel Disintegrate into them.
Targeted players will take damage, be slowed, and pulse damage to other players within 5 yards.

Unstable Essence

Unstable Essence debuffs persist even after Thadrion is defeated.
Each time and Unstable Essence is dispelled, it will spawn an Erratic Remnant.
Erratic Remnants will chain cast Erratic Burst, which deals raid damage, so they must be killed quickly.
Avoid dispelling Unstable Essence close to Violent Eruption being cast, because any Erratic Remnants which are alive will echo the damage.

Tanks

Infused Strikes is the tank ability, which is shared across all three bosses.
The bosses will apply a stacking dot with each melee attack.
When a debuffed player comes into contact with another debuffed player, it creates an explosion which clears the debuffs, but applies a 20 second dot to the raid.
Infused Strikes stacks are cleared by performing a taunt swap, then the previous tank running into the current tank to trigger the explosion. This should be done every 30 - 60 seconds, but make sure to avoid triggering an explosion while the raid still has their dot.

Healers

The raid will take a good amount of damage each time Infused Explosion is triggered, especially if it overlaps with other abilities.
Dispel players with Unstable Essence once they are around 6 stacks. Use Mass Dispel on a designated point if multiple debuffs are active.
On Heroic, avoid dispelling close to a Violent Eruption cast. This is because the Erratic Remnants must be killed before the cast.

DPS

On Heroic, kill Erratic Remnants as soon as possible.
Use Bloodlust on Phase 2 to minimize the number of debuffs your raid will have to deal with.

The thing i hate about this Mythic fight is their internal timers going on while they're in stasis, so depending on when you get one to 50% the boss could either start out spamming their
most powerful abilities and nuke the raid right out the gate, or just run up and auto safely for 30 seconds.
