Seems like there should be a spot for PvP since this is one of the strongest legendary effects for arena in the game right now, or maybe get another guide to come in and add the PvP section.

27 runs in MoTS over the past few days, still no disciplinary command drop. And yes, i have done the unlock quests as I have 7 other recipes already.

Sun King's Blessing

With the Tier set being on the Hands slot, it would make more sense to craft this on Wrist I'd say.

Sun King's blessing combustions DO activate when you cast flamestrike.Many people still don't know this, and the tooltip doesnt properly describe this. If you have 8 stacks of SKB, then cast a flamestrike it will put you in combustion.

Use your Grateful Offerings and buy the book 'Chronicle of Lost Memories' from your covenant armor vendor to get Legendary Powers if you aren't having luck w/drops. (They cost 15 Offerings per book.)

For the more casual non-raider, non-M+ Fire Mages out there; The SKB isn't the best Legendary. Even in ZM on rares you may get a proc off of this but it is unlikely seeing as how things die so fast, same in heroic dungeons & everyday type play/farming. Most useful legendary in this case is the Disciplinary Command on a ring, Covenant Legendary for waist. (This is just my opinion after running with both Legendary at some point on my Fire Mage, even through LFR.
