Like Enzo and I just said a bit ago, you will probably have to kill the 3 bosses before you can even get to Hagara. I make no promises about what goes live with this quest chain.
I'm failing to see where you think I said a player only needed to kill Morchok though.

I don't have any public ones up, but Killars does. He's not extremely thorough, but there's still plenty of information if you're willing to dissect it, I plan to go through it a little later.

EDIT: Yes I've seen the legendary dagger stats. I'll have more info when it's not turkey day.

Like Enzo and I just said a bit ago, you will probably have to kill the 3 bosses before you can even get to Hagara.
but it isnt clear if the other bosses must die first to get to Hagara.
The first boss precludes entrance to the base of the temple. Sneaking to the temple doesn't help any as the relevant creatures which direct you to the other bosses aren't spawned until you defeat the first boss.
Once it's defeated, two drakes become available and allow you to choose which boss (left or right) you do next. The portal that allows you to go to the top of the temple and to the Hagara encounter does not spawn until BOTH the left and right bosses are down.
Once the portal spawns, you are able to click it to get to the top of the temple (same top of the temple where the Ultraxion encounter takes place). After a short while later another portal spawns on the top of the temple, which allows you to get to the place where Hagara is fought. This place is completely disjointed from the first parts of the instance, and can only be reached this way.
Worthy of note: there are trash mobs to be fought in waves before the Hagara encounter, so you can't just enter somebody else's "old" bind hoping to pickpocket her, as there will be trash to be done.
Once Hagara is fought and defeated, you can use the portal to get back to the top of the temple and start the Ultraxion encounter. Once Ultraxion is defeated, a new portal spawn to allow you to go to the loot ship, etc.
A bit of the confusion may come from the fact that earlier in the PTR there was a creature which allowed you to go directly to any of the raid encounters. This has no longer been the case in the PTR for a while.

Moylen stated it pretty well. I don't think I should have to describe the flow of Dragon Soul though. I'll make sure to comment on getting to Hagara, but I don't think it should be my job to explain how you get there in a step by step manner. Maybe that's just a tad bit of elitist bias though, but then again that's one reason why I'm trying to get opinions sooner rather than later: to iron out a lot of those kinks.
In other news, I found another NPC ID for Zazzo in an mmo-champ data mining dump. I don't know where he is yet, or what quests he offers (drat!), but it seems like a pretty strong indicator that we are still going to Dalaran to mingle our way to Fermion. I'm getting this James Bond vibe from the client strings and
I like it
. If only I could figure out where the quest IDs are.

Hello guys.
I did short video guide about "Assasinate Creed" quest run -
fastest way to the boss
.
Hope It can be useful.

I tried that on the PTR and the NPCs weren't playing nice with Shadowstep. What build did you do that on, or was it on live? Looks like you're an EU player, so I don't think you have access to live yet but it certainly diverges from what I saw on the PTR.
I'll double check it tomorrow morning when my charging finishes.
Update: It works, but inconsistently. In fact my success rate was pretty deplorable while doing that. If anyone wants to try it, go for it. It doesn't save that much time over paths 1C+2B though.

I have lots of different feedbacks on Hagara pickpocketing - while many are experiencing that manually resetting the encounter will make the ring respawn (hence no limit on how many rogues start the quest - huge sellings) i have some others that say this isn't possible anymore.
Hotfixed already or something done wrong? (although it seems to me pretty unlikely that a raid fails at wiping lol)

I tried pulling the boss and resetting earlier, the pockets did not refill. It may have briefly been that way on live, but unless the other rogue in my guild was lying to me (and the guild officers, etc),
it most certainly isn't that way now
.
That said, I still think you should be able to force the pockets to refill by dropping raid and reforming with a new raid ID, you will have to redo the trash. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to check that one, as time ran thin for our raid team.
EDIT: There's a lot of conflicting info out there. All I know is that we needed to soft reset the instance to do it. For anyone trying to do this, I recommend they try and vanish-pull the boss first, if that fails then do the soft reset. I genuinely don't know why there's a disparity, and what it takes to get it to work.

Srsly, I can't understand why have legendary daggers this bonus:
Weighted Blades
Why there isn't some bonus for Assassination rogues? It's silly...

Because if it weren't there, Sinister Strike and Revealing Strike would hit for silly-low amounts of damage. The 45% modifier brings it in line. Combat is balanced around slower weapons that hit harder (but less often), using these daggers would make those abilities hit like a wet noodle even more than they do now.
EDIT: So I was praying this didn't go live. But you can still kill NPCs after you kill Creed. In other words, if you're feeling generous you can stealth back in and kill off NPCs that gave you issues. Evasion is a pretty big help if you do this, and surprisingly strong is Combat Readiness.
EDIT2: Sometimes they all despawn, sometimes they don't. I don't notice a pattern, but it's still completely viable. You can clear almost all of path 2B before they respawn (about 5 minutes I would say).

Another note for Creed, if you get away from him and use smoke bomb he will enrage for 10 seconds due to you hiding from him.
Was it
Blackhowl's Rage
? I didn't and still don't think Smoke Bomb is that useful, so I frankly never thought to try that.
