I am working on a relative short ICC guide, mainly for use in PuG's so i can explain the tactics fast and short in raid chat
This is still work in Progress (7/12 ICC Normal Done)
i would like to get some feedback on this since i have never done anything like this
here we go:
Lord Marrowgar1, Move out of the Blue fire
2, Kill the Bone Spike's
3, Never stand in front of Marrowgar
4, Tanks should stack up on each other to share the Cleave Damage (Never turn Marrowgar towards the raid!)
5, Spread out on Bone Storm (not to far, healing has a maximum range)
Lady Deathwisper1, Move out if Death and Decay (green pool of death)
2, Adds have highest priority
3, in Phase 2 run away from the ghosts, they hurt
4, Decurse whatever and whenever you can (DPS should decurse too if they can!)
5, Tanks: Phase 1, Tank the adds, no need to tank the boss now
6, Tanks: Phase 2, Tank the boss now, Taunt at 3 stacks of Touch of Insignificance
Gunship1, Canoneers: kill the Rocketeers(A)/Mortars(H) in the back of the enemy ship
2, whenever there is a Mage out (cannons are ice blocked) melee dps should jump and kill the Mage
3, after the mage is dead: Jump Back!
4, Range kill Axetrowers(A)/Rifleman(H), Melee: kill adds on our ship
5, yes, really, ALL melee dps need to jump!
6, Tanks: one tank should stay on our ship at all times and tank the adds
7, Tanks: The other tank should jump whenever the mage comes out and tank High Overlord Saurfang(A)/Muradin Bronzebeard(H) on the edge near our ship, remember to jump back once all DPS have jumped back
Deathbringer Saurfang1, stand at all times at a 12 yard range, type /range 12 if you use DBM
2, Range: Kill adds whenever you see them (they can be stunned/slowed) don’t get hit by them
3, Tanks/Melee DPS: try not to use attacks that hit multiple targets when there are adds up (IE: Maul, Hearth Strike, Cleave)
4, Healers: Heal people that get Mark of the Fallen Champion (Marked people take heavy constant damage until Saurfang is dead, do not Combat Res Marked people since the mark persists trough death)
5, Tanks: Taunt when the Tanking tank gets the Debuff: Rune of Blood
Rotface1, Do not stand in the Green Slime
2, Do not stand in the Slime Spray (its Rotface Puke, Really don’t stand in it)
3, When you have Mutated Infection run to the Kiting Tank
4, When you have a Small Ooze hitting you run to the kiting Tank and Merge the small one with another small one or a Big Ooze
5, Small Oozes CANT be tanked, so wait with the kiting tank until the Small Ooze Merge's with another small one or a Big Ooze
6, Do not Attack the Ooze's they explode and die without help, when they Explode move to a spot none was standing at the time of the explosion with a 6 Yards range
7, Wait 2-3 seconds before dispelling Mutated Infection
8, Tanks: one tank has to tank Rotface in the middle of the room, the other tank needs to Kite the Big Ooze around the room (try not to get hit! Try not to kite the Big Ooze trough the raid since it has an AoE damage aura)
Festergut1, Range/Healers: Stand at a 8 yard range of each other
2, Gas Spore: 2 random people get a Gas Spore, This is a GOOD buff, everyone should stand near the one with it (it has an 8 yard radius)
2, Gas Spore: one of the people with the Spore should be in the Melee Group and one in the Range Group (Range/Healers CAN and should stack up at this point)
2, Gas Spore: If there are 2 Spores in the Range or 2 in the Melee Group one of them should move towards the group that doesn’t have a Spore
3, Tanks: Taunt when the Tanking tank has 8 Stacks of Gastric Bloat
Professor PutricideGeneral
1, Do NOT dispel the tank that is going in the Abomination
2, Move out of the green slime
3, Green Ooze: Everyone should start Nuking as soon as it spawns
3, Green Ooze: Targets one player (with a green beam, Targeted player can’t move), Stack up on that player and Nuke the Ooze, you will get knocked back but the damage is shared with everyone that stacked up
3, Green Ooze: after getting knocked back repeat (move to targeted player, nuke, boom, repeat - etc. etc.)
4, Orange Ooze: Range should start Nuking it as soon as it spawns, Melee should start nuking as soon as it targets someone
4, Orange Ooze: Targets one player (with a red beam, Targeted player Must move), Nuke the Ooze down, Targeted player shouldn’t get hit by the ooze, Meaning he should kite it
Abomination
1, if there are green puddles, go stand on them and spam Eat Ooze (button 1?) you generate Energy with this
2, If there is a Orange or Green Ooze around slow them with Regurgitated Ooze (button 3?) Red Ooze has Priority over the green one, this costs 45 Energy try to manage it so you can always slow the Red Ooze
3, if there is NO slime on the floor and the Ooze is slowed you can help DPS abit with Mutated Slash (button 2?) (if there is a Ooze attack that one and not the Professor) Attacking doesnt cost Energy
4, Slowing has highest priority, Eating slime comes Second and doing Damage has the lowest priority
Phase 1
1, Same as General
Phase 2
1, Same as General + the following
2, Do not stand on the Orange veils on the floor
3, Do not stand in Malleable Goo (this is a green ooze Professor throws at a player, it has a AoE effect which slows casting by 200%)
Phase 3
1, Do not stand in the green Slime
2, Do not stand on the Orange veils on the floor
3, Do not stand in Malleable Goo (this is a green ooze Professor throws at a player, it has a AoE effect which slows casting by 200%)
4, Nuke the Boss down
5, Tanks: Kite the Professor around the room (not to fast) to avoid getting hit by the Orange veils and getting caught up in slime and Taunt when the Tanking tank has 2 stacks of Mutated Plague more than you (so taunt at 2-2-4-4 stacks)
