Hit the
c
key. Although professions are on the spells page, tab at the bottom. Hit
p
for spells and professions.
n
for character and pet (if you have a Hunter) talents.
<shift>-p
for mounts and companion pets.
If you aren't sure what keys do what, since there are many more, hit
Esc
and select
Keybinds
from the menu.
In answer to your original question, hit
p
, select the
Professions
tab at the bottom, then click the appropriate
unlearn
button next to the profession you do not want.
